As a retired Founder and Executive Director, Alison has a passion for helping small nonprofits. Her pro bono services focus on organizational effectiveness, fiscal responsibility, and board governance. With nearly 17 years of industry experience, including serving on six different Board of Directors, Alison takes an individualized approach to conducting a needs assessment for each organization.
